4. Warranties & Support

• We provide standard warranties on CCTV equipment and installations as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Warranty will not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural calamities, or negligence.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) can be purchased separately for extended support.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information when requesting services.
• Safe and secure access to the installation site must be ensured.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment after installation unless covered under AMC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eagle and Hawks shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or downtime resulting from:

• Misuse of CCTV systems.
• Unauthorized third-party alterations.
• Power outages, internet issues, or external technical failures.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and service information are the intellectual property of Eagle and Hawks. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
